Hi all,

A couple of administrative details:

1) CourseBook is now up and running. If you haven't already logged in and
created your group, please do so now. For those of you who have not used
CourseBook before, you can find a tutorial here:
http://www.ece.uwaterloo.ca/~yqhuang/labs/course_book/

2) UNIX groups - I will request that groups be created for all groups
which are setup in CourseBook by 5 pm *** today ***. Other groups created
afterwards may experience a delay in UNIX group creation. I will post to
the newsgroup once they are created. They will probably be in the form of
cs447_##, where ## is your group number; I will confirm this also.

It's still not allowing me to login. I tried my Quest username and
password. Let me know what is up please.

That's not your initial password. For security reasons, the policy is
that we don't post this information to the newsgroup. You can ask
Professor Kontogiannis in lecture for the initial log in info. If you
still have problems, please contact Ricardo, the CourseBook instructor.
His e-mail is rrolon (at-) uwaterloo.ca (note that his e-mail address is
missing an "r" on the course website.
